Terry Perardi - Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining West Edge in the spring of 2017, Mr. Perardi managed the corporate finance activities of GSSG Solar and its affiliates, including tax, accounting and compliance matters. He has spent his entire professional career in various accounting and operations roles for leading energy firms and investors.

The first 21 years of his career, Mr. Perardi was with Amoco (who later merged with BP), where he worked in accounting, financial analysis, mergers & acquisitions, strategy & planning, and business management in their petrochemical and refining businesses. He last held the position of US Regional Controller for the refining business. After BP, Mr. Perardi held CFO and Controller roles at Black Elk Refining and C12 Energy, both leaders in the traditional oil and gas space.

Mr. Perardi is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from Bradley University. He has also completed executive education programs in strategy and negotiation from the University of Chicago.
